Rape is on the rise in India Let's take a look at it. In 2014, the National Crime Bureau reported that 92 rape cases occur every day in India. The reason why this happens is that we have found out to this day that we have never wondered why this feeling is created in the mind
It is not that a lustful man rapes a man, he does not have a mother, sister or wife, but we ignore why rape happens.
Basically no one is talking about this issue. What is the solution to rape? There is no solution. We have to go back to the third century BC, because from there we can tell what the solution is. Let's see what happens.
The period of Emperor Ashoka as 3rd century BCE No record of rape during the reign of Emperor Ashoka We do not know the reasons why we do not know much about Emperor Ashoka
We need to understand Emperor Ashoka to understand that a chakravarti emperor of a huge empire is an emperor who is part of the empire of Emperor Ashoka. Considering his system of government, Emperor Ashoka is the only emperor in the world. Such an emperor
Ashoka considered rites to be more important than punishment, so Emperor Ashoka did not have to deal with horrific incidents such as rape during the time of Emperor Ashoka. Today we should know the emperor who carved this order on stone
By ordering the teachings of the Buddha, the general public was required by law to observe the Panchasila so that they could live according to the teachings of the Buddha.
The law made the observance of Ashtanga Marga mandatory and the people have to follow it. Authorities have been appointed to punish those who do not follow the teachings of the Buddha. The Dhamma has emerged
Now, with the emergence of Dhamma in the minds of the people, the intellect naturally awakens in them and the awakened wisdom motivates them to follow the Sheila. . In this, knowledge of good and bad is expected. Violence, slander, adultery or lying are included in unskilled physical deeds. Ignorance, greed, pervasiveness, counter-violence and misconceptions are mentally unskilled deeds. Skill is the term used to describe the action against these unskilled deeds.
The right vision creates the right resolution in a person's mind, that is, the right decision and determination
Samyak Sankalp: Samyak Sankalp means the right decision or determination. The seeker needs the right determination for the tool. It is necessary to make a decision that is useful to the tool of morality. It means infidelity, non-violence, helplessness and the determination to destroy lust and renunciation. Samyak Sankalpa means to make enlightened Sankalpa to purify the uneducated rites.
Samyak Vani: This is the third path of the Buddha's Ashtanga path. It refers to the utterance of right and true religious verses and the renunciation of untruthful and non-religious verses. It condemns harsh words and gossip that hurt anyone unnecessarily, and the actual conduct of judicious truths spoken is considered very important.
The Buddha says that there should be sweetness in the word and there should be an edge of truth in it. The voice should have the ability to change the heart of the person in front of it.
To put it simply, Samyak Vani means to utter good words, to speak the truth, not to speak evil to anyone without any reason. There should be feedback. Abandonment of violence, abolition of punishment and use of weapons, mercy on animals is the righteous deed. It also includes the Panchashila, which is essential for the sanctity of human life. As one has to reap the fruits of good and bad deeds, one should give up bad deeds and do good deeds For that, non-violence, innocence, truth should be given up. This is the expectation. Bhikkhu na akal bhojan, suvarnadhan eclipse is forbidden. They have to follow ten stones. The seeker who experiences this Ashtanga path experiences omniscient bliss. The whole world seems to be his abode. Decent livelihood: It is expected to earn money in a proper and ethical way. The trade and business that the worldly man has to do for liberal subsistence should be based on ethics. In doing so, the Buddha is disapproving of his own selfish means of harming others. The Buddha forbade the following occupations.
1} Trade in arms 2 Trade in animals 3 Trade in goods 4 Trade in meat Yes, the Buddha has given the message that you should not make money in the wrong way. Your life should be a well-behaved exercise. Exercise is not a proper exercise. Proper exercise is a conscious effort or study. The Buddha attaches a unique general importance to the pursuit of Nirvana and Satyaprapti, or to the study or to the study. One should try to keep the bad thoughts out of one's mind and the good thoughts out of one's mind. Should be studied. Because nothing is impossible or unavailable to the study. Right Mindfulness: Uninterrupted awareness is right memory. In any act or experience, the momentary awareness that we are doing that particular action or experiencing pain is meant to be in perfect memory. Samyak Smriti is the conceptual form of Kayanupashya, Vedanapashya and Dharmanupashya. These four thoughts have to be realized through memory. And we have to be constantly aware. To act on their feelings is to behave in a submissive and unique manner. The unique general significance of Smriti in Indian spiritual practice lies in the Buddhist Dhamma. Marathi saints have inherited Samyak Smriti, Smaran from it. In the Buddhist Dhamma, what is known as the Panchendriyas are faith, semen, memory, samadhi, and wisdom. The study of these is considered essential from the Yoga Sutras.
In short, we have seen what a perfect memory is. Now, memory is the simple meaning of human memory, but if you have read something different above, then there is a state of dilemma, isn't it something different? So friends, there is nothing different, just the common people call the power of memory Smriti, while the action of a conscious person is called Samyak Smriti. In this, man keeps himself aware of what it means to become one with all forms while experiencing the whole action. Now what does it mean to be one? Friends, this is not a different knowledge. The common man must know, only we are ignorant
Now when we eat, if our mind is not stable, then we are not aware of what we eat, that is, when we eat in a hurry, our attention is not on that food, we do not know that food, we eat only to fill our stomachs, but we are not aware of the taste of that food. That's called. It is more important in Samyak Smriti to be aware and to behave. The seeker should concentrate his mind in spite of physical troubles. Therefore, there is permanent purification of the mind and wisdom shines through the purification of the mind.
Simply put, human beings have control over their own minds. If a person controls his mind, he will notice a change in his behavior, speech and actions. This is called the awakening of his wisdom. First of all, it should be noted that the path of Samadhi is also the reason behind the Buddha telling the last path.
All in all, if we look at this Ashtanga path, we realize how important it is in Dhamma and this teaching was compulsory for every people, so the people were away from injustice and oppression. There was no room for lust. This is to overcome lust and according to this teaching man is motivated to do good deeds and there are reasons why this can happen according to the teachings of the Buddha himself.
None of the philosophers who believe in God or any other God or anyone else has their own ideology, they are not the founders of their own path, they have not been able to follow this path on their own, so it is difficult for them to follow it.
The ideology and system of conduct should be based on the middle way and the middle way is not taught by any ideologue except Buddha and rape cannot be solved by any philosopher because Buddhas are the only ones in the world who do research on the human mind.
People need to understand what this path of Dhamma says. People need to understand this Vinaya. Buddha says the solution for overcoming human lust is the Ashtanga path.
Explaining the Buddha Dhamma Sangh, the Buddha tells Devadatta at the last moment that the moment of awakening in a person is the Buddha. Awakening is the path, that is, the Dhamma is the thought on which a person walks, There is a state of creation and it is Trisharan that tells us to form this state
Many people misunderstand that there are trisharanas in Buddha Vandana i.e. I take refuge in Buddha I take refuge in Dhammal I take refuge in Sangh in the same way the second time the third time i.e. three times I take refuge in Buddha Dhamma Sangh. In fact, Buddha understands his Dhamma and the Sangh understands the Bhikkhu Sangh, but the Buddha does it in a different way when analyzing it. Surrendering to the Buddha means to create awareness in my inner self. And surrendering to the Sangh means I am the central tool of my mind or the central tool of life and from this comes the Panchshila. Be it men or hate or lust or hateful feelings The philosophy of Dhamma is that the essence of the Buddha's teachings can be the solution to things like rape, and this is exactly what Babasaheb summed up in the Indian Constitution. It is important to know what is the reason behind this crime and the solution to that problem is the Buddha's Panchasheel. We need to learn this teaching
What this country needs is the teachings of the Buddha, the Dhamma of the Buddha, what is this country?
Let's make life successful with the teachings of Dhamma and eradicate lustful attitudes like rape.
