Even in college, he could not get water to drink. Even during this period, Bhimrao's extra reading and teaching continued.

After getting BA, he got a job as a lieutenant in the army of Barode government. Ramji did not like it. The boy should stay in Mumbai and learn more. The journey to Ihaloki (the last moment of life) is over.

Bhimrao was very saddened by the death of his father. His love and only support was destroyed! The father is gone but what next? The question arose before Bhimrao because of his bitter experience in the Baroda job. There was no money for further education. Meanwhile, Bhimrao was getting married like at that time.
